  2. Tim Murphy says:

Hello, my name is Tim Murphy. I am a senior in high school and I am participating in a government class in which we create a public policy. My policy is to eliminate children’s access to online pornography by making porn pay-only and it requires a credit card to access. If you could give your opinion on this policy it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim.

    • Luke Gilkerson says:

@Tim – That is one way to do it (if you could enforce it). Part of the problem is that (1) porn can be homemade, and (2) much porn is shared on P2P networks. Pretty much every regulated solution will have to face this grim reality.

Another way to legislate it is by using Internet ports more creatively. I recommend you check out the documentary Traffic Control.
