The Covenant Eyes App is Now Victory Shield
We’re now calling the Covenant Eyes app Victory Shield. This change has already landed on Android™ and Windows devices. Over the next several weeks, the name change will land on Mac® and iOS.
Everything else will stay the same.
We’re now calling our core service Victory™.
Covenant Eyes was founded over 25 years ago. Over time, we’ve grown to offer multiple products, making it confusing to call all our offerings by the same name.
We now call our core accountability service Victory, celebrating the hundreds of thousands who have overcome pornography through our service.

We provide this core service through:
- The Victory app for all members and their allies on iOS® and Android™.
- The Victory Shield for members who subscribe to our Screen Accountability™ and porn blocking features on their iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS® devices.
What other products does Covenant Eyes offer?
Over the past five years, we’ve added powerful products under the Covenant Eyes brand. While we plan on growing more, we’ve realized it is confusing to keep calling our core service Covenant Eyes, too.
Is something happening to Covenant Eyes?
Covenant Eyes isn’t going anywhere. Our company name and its legacy aren’t changing.
We will continue to walk alongside our members on the path to freedom from pornography. But we are excited to prepare Covenant Eyes for even greater growth in the future.

What does this change mean?
Starting in the next few weeks, we’ll be releasing the Victory Shield update. This update changes the name of our app from “Covenant Eyes” to “Victory Shield.”
Victory Shield is what protects each of your devices. We’ll continue to deliver our accountability reporting, learning content, and other features through the Victory app.
What do you need to do?
Nothing! Only the name of our service is changing. If you’re using Covenant Eyes currently, you’ll notice the name change within the next few weeks. But everything else with your account stays the same.
