Are there any vital connections between pornography and crimes like sex trafficking?

Morgan Perry, producer of the documentary Sex+Money: A National Search for Human Worth, says yes. In my interview with her, she outlines three reasons why those concerned about trafficking should also be concerned about porn.

1. Porn fuels a demand for commercial sex.

2. Porn promotes the cultural trend of connecting sex to youth and violence.

3. Pimps and the producers of porn are often guilty of the same kind of coercive means.
