If you cannot browse the internet on your Windows PC, we recommend checking your internet connection and antivirus software.
If multiple people share one Covenant Eyes username and one Windows computer profile/login, everyone's computer activity will be on one, long activity report. In this case, the Covenant Eyes activity report may be hard to read because you won't know what activity belongs to each person.
To download and install Covenant Eyes on your Windows PC, login into our online member portal, "My Account."
If you look at the Covenant Eyes menu on your device you may see "Analyzing." It means one of several things, but don't worry.

If your Covenant Eyes icon is showing you are signed in and you are able to access the Internet, Covenant Eyes is working properly.
Our Screen Accountability service takes random screenshots of your devices in order to provide accountability. We do not rely on browser extensions in order to capture your activity.
Most antivirus (AV) programs are compatible with Covenant Eyes. This page lists the exceptions that we know of.
