  1. The cancellation falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window (“Cancel within the first 30 days, ask for a refund, and you’ve got it—guaranteed.”).
  2. An annual subscription is eligible for a pro-rated refund. You must request a refund during the cancellation process. You can also choose to contribute the pro-rated refund to the Hardship Fund. This fund was set up a few years ago to help people who need the service but are facing a financial challenge. The choice is yours.
