- The cancellation falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window (“Cancel within the first 30 days, ask for a refund, and you’ve got it—guaranteed.”).
- An annual subscription is eligible for a pro-rated refund. You must request a refund during the cancellation process. You can also choose to contribute the pro-rated refund to the Hardship Fund. This fund was set up a few years ago to help people who need the service but are facing a financial challenge. The choice is yours.

A: The refund will go to the card that was originally billed for payment.
Q: Can I get a refund if I subscribed to Covenant Eyes via in-app purchase on my Apple device?
A: If you subscribed via in-app purchase on your device, Covenant Eyes does not handle refund requests because your subscription is controlled by either Apple or Google:
- If you subscribed to Covenant Eyes on your Apple device, your purchase is subject to Apple’s refund policies.
- If you subscribed to Covenant Eyes on your Android™ device, your purchase is subject to Google’s refund policies.
