Refunds are available for two situations:
- The cancellation falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window (“Cancel within the first 30 days, ask for a refund, and you’ve got it—guaranteed.”).
- An annual subscription is eligible for a pro-rated refund. You must request a refund during the cancellation process. You can also choose to contribute the pro-rated refund to the Hardship Fund. This fund was set up a few years ago to help people who need the service but are facing a financial challenge. The choice is yours.

You’ll be encouraged to use the service for the remaining time you paid for if you cancel your monthly subscription.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
What card does the refund go to?
The refund will go to the card that we originally billed for payment.
Can I get a refund if I subscribed to Covenant Eyes via in-app purchase on my Apple or Android™ device?
If you subscribed via in-app purchase on your device, either Apple or Google controls that subscription. Covenant Eyes can not process refund requests for in-app purchases.
- If you subscribed to Covenant Eyes on your Apple device, your purchase is subject to Apple’s refund policies.
- If you subscribed to Covenant Eyes on your Android™ device, your purchase is subject to Google’s refund policies.
