How do I pay an overdue balance?

The Account Administrator can pay an overdue balance in My Account with a credit or debit card! This article will cover:

Pay an Overdue Balance

  1. Go to and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password.
  2. Select the “Profile” icon.
  3. From the Profile page, select “Billing.”
  4. From the Billing page, select “Update credit card.”
  5. From the Billing Information page, under Payment Method, select “Update.”
  6. Enter your desired payment information, verify your billing address is still correct (if it’s not, re-enter it) and select the blue “Save” button.
  7. You’ll be re-directed to the Pay Now page and a message will pop up at the bottom of the page to confirm your payment information was saved. Review the Overdue Invoices details, and then select the “Pay now” button.
  8. You’ll be redirected to the Billing page and a message will pop up at the bottom of the page that says “Payment succeeded.” You’ll also see your “Next Payment” date. You’re all set! Thank you for paying your overdue balance.

If your subscription was canceled due to non-payment and you paid your overdue balance, you can restart your subscription online! Don’t forget to re-install the latest version of Covenant Eyes on each of your devices.
