Comcast and Cox Filtering Issue on Mac®

This support article will help you troubleshoot the “Your filter settings are currently blocking your access to [website]” message.

  • First, refresh Covenant Eyes. This will make the software check for an important behind-the-scenes update.
  • Second, disable the Advanced Security feature. This should resolve the issue now and will avoid a repeat of it in the future.
  • If the first two steps do not resolve the issue, please reboot your router and Mac®, and then try getting online.
  • If necessary, uninstall Covenant Eyes and replace it with Covenant Eyes for Mac version 3.5.5.
