Covenant Eyes members, allies, and Victory app users can easily update their account information through our online member portal:
- Login to our online member portal, My Account. If you forgot your username or password and can’t sign in, read our password reset article.
- Tap “Profile.”
- Tap “My Info.”
- From the My Info page, you can update your personal information (name, email address, etc.). Please note that you cannot edit or change usernames. Enter or edit your information, scroll down, and tap the “Save” button.
