Because of that demand, we have decided to increase the number of hours that telephone customer support is available. Here are the new days and times for telephone customer support. Last night in a maintenance window that started at 11 PM and just finished, the technology team moved the majority of our servers from the NOC in Corunna into the NOC in our new location. It was a great team effort including Mike Cross and Jim Scheffler both leading the way – plus Rick Finn, Zach Spencer, John McKnight, Jordan Wertz, Scott McClurg, Collin Rose, Bill Spencer and myself. by Zach Spencer Hot on the tail of the Windows Update, we’ve released a new version of Covenant Eyes for the Mac. This version (1.3.3) is available from our download center, and can also be upgraded to by right clicking on the Covenant Eyes icon in your dock, and clicking “Check for Upgrade…” This release is to fix an issue with uninstalling Covenant Eyes on Mac OS X Leopard, which would cause the Internet to be unavailable after removing the program.
