The following is a guest post from Bobby Vaughn, Church Planting Director for NorthWood Church in Keller, Texas.

. . . .

NorthWood Church, under the watchful eye of Bob Roberts (author of The Multiplying Church), has planted over 100 churches in its 23 year history. Recently we noticed a trend in assessment of our Church Planters (of those addicted to porn or those still recovering from a pornography addiction); this is not a new realization for us, but rather a re-focusing principal. We began to look at what could be done for our planters who are in the field, in holding them accountable and helping them to keep temptation at bay.

That’s when we looked into Covenant Eyes. NorthWood staff has been using the service for years, with great success in keeping us clean. But now, as a teaching church to planters, we offer this service to them as well. We pay for our planters to put Covenant Eyes on their computers with the requirement that I, or one of our staff members, must be one of their accountability partners who receive the reports.

Thanks to Covenant Eyes for everything you do to help keep our guys safe and clean!
