If you cannot access your e-mail, or if this does not solve your problem, call the Customer Support Team. Our representatives will ask you the security question for your account to verify your identity. If you are having problems signing in, please tell the representative the exact error message you received.
If you know your password but wish to change it, you may update your account at any time in your online account. You can access this page under “My Profile” or go there directly.
Please note: If you change your password and have Covenant Eyes set to sign in automatically, you will need to sign out and update your password before you will be able to access the Internet on your computer. On either Windows or Mac, simply right-click the Covenant Eyes icon and select “Sign out.” Next, select “Preferences,” then uncheck the box labeled “Automatically sign me in.” Finally, select “Sign in.” You will be prompted to re-enter your username and password.
