How do I uninstall Covenant Eyes?

Sometimes, whether you’re having technical issues or you wish to cancel your account, you may need to uninstall Covenant Eyes. Please note that uninstalling Covenant Eyes does not cancel your account. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact Customer Support at 877.479.1119.

Generating an Uninstall Code

You will need to generate an uninstall code to uninstall Covenant Eyes. Your Accountability Partner will receive an e-mail letting them know that you have generated an uninstall code. This code is only good for the day it was generated.

In your online account, click “Uninstall” in the side navigation. Select which user needs the uninstall code, as well as why that user needs to uninstall.

You will then receive your uninstall code. Make sure to write down the code or print the page – you’ll need it in a minute.

If you cannot generate an uninstall code, your Account Administrator might not have given you the ability to uninstall. You will need to contact the administrator of your account for an uninstall code.
