What does “Partner not signed up” mean?

This means a person has not responded to the email inviting them to be an Accountability Partner. One of several things could be happening:

• The email address given by the user could have been typed incorrectly during sign-up.
  
  
• The person's email service put the Accountability Partner invitation into a "SPAM" or "Bulk Mail" folder.
  
  
• The partner invitation email can take up to 24 hours to be generated.
  
  
• By accident, the partner may have deleted the Accountability Partner invitation from their inbox.
  
  
• The partner may not have had time to check their email and not responded to the email invitation.

Suggestions if your Accountability Partner has not signed up yet:

• Encourage your Accountability Partner to check their email.
  
  
• Encourage your Accountability Partner to check the "SPAM" or "Bulk Mail" folder.
  
  
• Call in or email Covenant Eyes for assistance.
  
  
• Encourage your Accountability Partner to add www.covenanteyes.com, covenanteyes.com, bounces@covenanteyes.com, bounces@cvnt.net, www.cvnt.net, and cvnt.net to their accept, approved, or safe list in their spam blocker settings.
  
  
• Find an additional or different Accountability Partner.
