Participants will receive Covenant Eyes services free
Volunteers are needed for a scientific study that will help review the impact of using Covenant Eyes.
John Y. Lee, a doctoral student of clinical psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA, is working with Covenant Eyes to conduct the study.
This is the first known scientific study on cyberporn treatment. The goal of this study is to test an innovative method of decreasing the use of Internet pornography called Motivational Interviewing. This technique will require each volunteer to complete several brief surveys within a four-week span.
Mr. Lee is seeking volunteers who have never used the Covenant Eyes program and would like to reduce or end their use of Internet pornography. During the four-week study period, volunteers selected will receive Covenant Eyes free of charge. As well, at the end of the study each participant will receive Covenant Eyes free for two months as a way to show our appreciation.
Anyone interested in participating may contact Mr. Lee at jawnwily@gmail.com. Simply ask to be part of the study, and Mr. Lee will provide all the information needed for participation.
