Score Change Requests

If you come across a site you think needs a different score, please follow the below instructions in order to submit a score change request.
Instructions:
- Go to www.covenanteyes.com, click on "Member Center," type in your username and password and click "Login."
- In the Member Center, click on "Request for Change/Review of a Web Site Score."
- On the score change request form, do the following
-Website URL -- copy and paste the exact URL address in to this box.
-Email Address -- Type in your email address that you have associated with your Covenant Eyes login.
-What did the site score on your report? -- Type in the score the site in the "Website URL" received.
-In my opinion, this site should be rated: -- Select the scoring category you believe the webpage should be in.
Normal: Scores between 0 and 9
Somewhat Questionable: Scores between 10 and 14
Highly Questionable: Scores 15 and higher
-Comments: Please type in any comments you think would help us better score the website more accurately.
- Click "Send."
It does take some time to process an individual score change request. Please allow one to two weeks for processing.
