I did not go to that website. Why is it on my Accountability Report?

Here are a few possibilities:
- Someone did access those websites by being logged in with your username. Did you leave your computer logged in to Covenant Eyes?
You may have gone to a safe site that had questionable advertisements, pop-ups, or links. What looks like a single website is generally made up of multiple website pages. Ads, for instance, are separate pages, and score separately on our scoring system.
The date on your computer may be wrong. This could impact the accuracy of the dates and times listed on your report. For Macintosh users, you need to go to the Covenant Eyes Member Center and set your time zone.
Your computer was remotely accessed. This circumstance is rare.
Links can be registered through emails. As soon as the emails are clicked on, even if they are quickly deleted, the URL still registers as a "hit" on your Accountability Report.
Somebody else you know has your username and password. Have you shared it with anyone? You may consider changing your password at our Member Center.
