I am a user on a large account and I cannot access my Accountability Report or login.

Make sure you are typing your username and password correctly, using the correct upper- and lower-case letters.
- If your "Caps Lock" key is depressed, you may need to un-press it.
- Make sure your "Num Lock" key is depressed.
- Talk to your account administrator to see if your organization has changed the Covenant Eyes account settings.
If you still cannot log in or view your Accountability Report, please contact us.
