How does an Accountability Partner sign up?

In order to begin receiving the reports, the Accountability Partner(s) will be sent a sign-up email from Covenant Eyes. This email will contain a link to the Accountability Partner sign-up page where they can fill in contact information and choose their username and password. This must be done for the process to be completed.
The Accountability Partner has two ways of viewing reports, and options for how often the report or notification is received. They can choose to receive to their email every 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. Once this is complete, they will begin receiving the reports.
There is no charge to your Accountability Partner(s) for this service.
Reasons Why an Accountability Partner has not received the Accountability Partner invitation or reports:
- The email address given by the user could have been typed incorrectly during sign-up. In this case the Covenant Eyes member will need to request you as a partner again.
- The email service put the Accountability Partner invitation into a "SPAM" or "Bulk Mail" folder.
- The partner invitation email can take up to 24 hours to be generated.
- By accident, you may have deleted the Accountability Partner invitation from your inbox.
Suggestions to help you in the Accountability Partner sign-up process:
- Check your email.
- Check the "SPAM" or "Bulk Mail" folder for a message from Covenant Eyes.
- Call in or email Covenant Eyes for assistance (contact us).
- Talk to the friend that asked you to be an Accountability Partner and ask them to request you as a partner again.
- In your spam filter make sure reports@cvnt.net, reports@covenanteyes.com, accounting@cvnt.net, www.covenanteyes.com, www.cvnt.net, covenanteyes.com, and cvnt.net are added to your safe list.
