How do I uninstall Covenant Eyes from a Macintosh computer?

Directions:

1. Go to www.CovenantEyes.com, click on the "Member Center." Type in your username and password, and click "Login."

2. In the "Member Center" click on "Get Uninstall Password." Write down or copy (into a document) the uninstall password. You will need the password later in the uninstall process.

3. On your Mac, double-click on "Macintosh HD," double-click on the "Applications" folder, double-click on the "Uninstall Covenant Eyes" icon.

4. Type or paste in the "Uninstall Password" and click "Uninstall Covenant Eyes" in the "Covenant Eyes Uninstall" window.

5. In the "Authenticate" window, type in the password.

6. Please click "OK" on the next window.

7. Click "Restart."

Uninstalling Covenant Eyes from your computer does not stop your service or billing. 

In order to discontinue the Covenant Eyes service and billing, you must contact Customer Support and request that your account be removed. Call 877.479.1119 to do so.
