Uninstalling the Covenant Eyes program from your computer does not stop your service or billing.

In order to discontinue Covenant Eyes service and billing, please contact our Customer Support Team and request that your account be cancelled.

Our Customer Support Team may be reached from 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays (Eastern Standard Time, United States). To reach our Customer Support Team, call 1-877-479-1119, option 2 (toll free in the United States) or 989-743-1100 (for calls outside the U.S.).
