Covenant Eyes monitors anonymizers and circumventor websites.

The program is designed to record and give high scores to anonymizers and circumventor websites. Generally, these websites are designed to allow a person to surf without having their surfing history recorded on the computer.

For a number of the anonymizer websites, Covenant Eyes will also monitor the sites visited through the anonymizer.

In all cases, the anonymizer web address is captured and reported. Each website is scored.
