Can different Windows profiles on the same computer have different configurations?

Each Windows profile (or login) can have different configuration settings. Individual Windows profiles can be set to automatically login to different Covenant Eyes usernames, not automatically login, use different proxy servers, enable or disable secure Hotspot access, and use different Covenant Eyes advanced configuration options such as hiding the system tray icon and splash screen.
