Nashville is only 3+ hours by car for me, so it's a lot more feasible of a road trip for me. Get to know the people on tour with AP, too. Specifically, Ben Shive released a CD earlier this year that is absolutely beautiful in every way. It's available download only (www.rabbitroom.com) for now, but I heard rumor he's having some CDs printed before the Christmas tour. Also, Jill Phillips has a CD releasing the first part of December that I've been told is some of her best stuff yet. I could go on and on about the music that comes from those guys, but I'll stop here. You can always check out www.squarepegalliance.com if you want to investigate those guys a little closer. Head out to iTunes (or AP's site, or your local bookstore) and pick up the Resurrection Letters CD. It's amazing (and brand new...it released 10/21).
