Customer Support Hours Change! (For the Better!)
It has come to our attention that a number of our Members would like some extended hours for customer support. Because of that demand, we have decided to increase the number of hours that telephone customer support is available.
Here are the new days and times for telephone customer support. As of January 4th, 2008: on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to Midnight (Eastern Time) and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time).
This extension of hours will significantly increase the availability of Covenant Eyes support services and should prove to be especially helpful to our U.S. and Canadian west coast Members.
