1. Your Internet filter can grow with your kids.
The Covenant Eyes Filter has six age-based ratings, ranging from R for Restricted to M for Mature. As your child grows through the significant stages of life, you can make adjustments to the Filter sensitivity, knowing the allowed websites will match the maturity of your child.
2. You don’t need to use a one-size-fits-all approach.
Why treat your teen like an eight-year-old? Why filter your college student home from school the same way you filter your teen? The Covenant Eyes age-based Filter allows you to customize each user according to his or her maturity. You can even create custom-made allow lists and block list for each child.
3. It makes customizing the Filter easier.
Often Internet filters allow you to block or allow specific websites for each user, but with an age-based rating system, your allow and block list can be a lot shorter. Why? Because you don’t have to make so many exceptions to the filter’s settings. When using the Covenant Eyes Filter, set your teen at the Teen level (rather than the Youth level) and you won’t have to build a huge allow-list to make it work well for them.
