A Talking Dolphin Teaches Kids Online Safety

According to recent research, 21% of children as young as 5 years old have unsupervised access to the Internet at home.

If you have kids, ages 5-7, and you would like a creative a fun way to teach them about Internet safety, check out Hector’s World, an online cartoon.  These are made by Thinkuknow, an affiliate of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre.
