I was checking my email the other day, and found this forwarded from one of our support email addresses. Chris has been a Covenant Eyes accountability partner for a little bit over a year.
Dear Covenant Eyes folks,
I just hung up the phone after a 25-minute phone conversation with one of your tech support personnel. I just have to brag on this division of your organization. I have never found a tech support person to compare with every one of those I’ve spoken to from Covenant Eyes. Each and every Covenant Eyes technical support representative with whom I have ever spoken has been superlatively polite, patient, capable, and helpful!
Your services are extremely valuable to us. The watch-and-report program has always functioned well for us, and now we are appreciating the filter, too. It is easy to use and neither too restrictive nor too permissive. It’s also very affordable. Still, the support personnel, being the voice of Covenant Eyes, are the stars of the show. These guys (including ladies) deserve a Christmas bonus!
